A diagnosis is the beginning, not the end. Autism therapy at CAYA World helps children and teens build real-world skills in communication, emotional regulation, and social connection, while supporting the whole family to understand and work with their child's unique way of being in the world.

About This Service
Understanding Your Child Is the Foundation of Everything.
Every autistic child and teen is different. What one child finds overwhelming, another may seek out. What one teen struggles with socially, another navigates with ease in certain contexts. Effective autism therapy starts from a genuine understanding of each individual, their strengths, their sensory world, their communication style, and what they find meaningful.
At CAYA World in Dubai, autism therapy is strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming. We are not trying to make autistic children appear neurotypical. We are working to give them skills, confidence, and coping tools that help them participate more fully in the parts of life they care about, while reducing the distress that comes from misunderstanding or being misunderstood.

How Autism Therapy Works at CAYA World
1
Free Consultation
A 15-minute call to understand where your child is right now, what support they have had before, and what you are hoping therapy will change.
2
Initial Assessment and Goal Setting
Whether or not a formal diagnosis is in place, we begin by getting to know your child through structured and informal assessment. Goals are set collaboratively with parents and, where appropriate, with the young person themselves.
