We are located at Al Manhal Clubhouse, Byron Bather's Entrance, between Shoreline 3 and 4, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. We also offer virtual sessions within Dubai.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Virtual sessions may have additional flexibility — please ask when booking.
Please contact us directly to discuss insurance options. We can provide documentation that many insurance providers accept for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about your mental health benefits prior to booking.
Appointments & Booking
You can book by calling or WhatsApp messaging us on 04-572-3755, or by emailing admin@cayaworld.ae. We recommend starting with a free 15-minute consultation call so we can understand your needs and match you with the right clinician.
Our free 15-minute consultation is a brief call with a member of our team to discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and help determine which service and clinician is the best fit for your needs. There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation.
Standard therapy sessions are 50–60 minutes. Assessment sessions may be longer — typically 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on the type of evaluation. We will give you a clear indication of session length when you book.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client. Our full cancellation policy will be shared at the time of booking.
Services
We provide ADHD testing and therapy, autism assessments, anxiety therapy, depression treatment, trauma therapy, OCD therapy, couples and family therapy, parent coaching, psychoeducational testing, postpartum support, sleep training, behaviour support, chronic illness support, and eating concerns support. Full details are on our Services page.
Yes. All psychological and psychoeducational assessments result in a comprehensive written report with findings, diagnosis where applicable, and recommendations. Reports are accepted by schools and employers across Dubai and the UAE.
Start with our free 15-minute consultation. Our team will listen to your concerns and help you identify the most appropriate service and clinician. You do not need to know exactly what you need before reaching out — that is what we are here for.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Yes. All personal and clinical information is protected by professional ethics and UAE legal regulations. We will never share your information with anyone — including family members — without your explicit written consent, except in the specific circumstances required by UAE law or when there is immediate risk of serious harm.
No. We will not disclose that you are a client, or anything discussed in sessions, to your employer, family, or anyone else without your consent. Your attendance and all clinical information are strictly confidential.
There are limited legal exceptions where we may be required to share information — including when there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or another person, or when required by a UAE court order. These situations are rare. We will always discuss confidentiality fully at the start of our work together.
Virtual Sessions
Yes. We offer secure video therapy sessions within Dubai. Virtual sessions are available for most of our therapy services. Some assessment types require in-person attendance — we will advise you when booking.
For most therapy types, research shows that virtual therapy is equally effective as in-person therapy. Many clients find the convenience of virtual sessions makes it easier to attend consistently — which is one of the most important factors in achieving good outcomes.
You need a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. We will send you a link before your session.
For Children & Families
We work with children from age 2–3 onwards, through adolescence and into adulthood. There is no upper age limit. Our clinicians have specialist training in working with specific developmental stages.
It depends on the child's age and the type of service. For young children, parents are often present or actively involved. For older children and teens, we typically see them individually for the therapeutic work while also providing parents with regular updates and guidance. We always establish a clear plan with families at the outset.
Yes. Our assessment reports are comprehensive, professionally formatted, and meet the requirements of schools across Dubai and the UAE for academic accommodations such as extended time, use of a reader or scribe, and other support. We can also liaise directly with schools on your behalf.
